Nice, but a 4-star? Not sure it’s up to the grade! Buffet breakfast- awesome. Pool good but crowded- not enough loungers for the number of guests. Rooms nice but dark. No coffee or tea in the rooms, ok but not great.

Staff at the reception avoids making eye contact with guest as though to avoid having to work more than they have to. The shower handle broke right off while showering. There was no way to turn it from scorching hot to luke warm until they can to fix it. The cost of food and drinks at the bar were ridiculously expensive. There is no one at the front to help with your luggage, and even if the people working the reception desk see you struggling with your luggage they simply watch you struggle with it. This place is nice but the staff working the front desk should all be fired for being the laziest people I have ever seen working the reception desk. Also, the additional 5 euros per person per day to use the pool is ridiculous.

Lovely and attentive staff. Comfy and spacious room (looking out onto the pool side). Great breakfast buffet. Had room service when we arrived which was great and first breakfast in room. Massage at the spa was incredible. Right next to Lidl for snacks. Good location for Ubering into the city or the beach. Pool in March was freezing though (but there is the spa pool anyway).

Very nice modern hotel with good facilities, needs to improve breakfast, positioning the pancakes and various croissants, pan le chocolate in a area where everything it’s get cold easily is not good. Boil egg over done, was green inside, chef should know better.
