Excellent stay. Room cosy and comfortable. I had to depart early and was offered an early cooked breakfast, which was very welcome.

Generally good as owner and family were very welcoming. Did have an issue with the booking via Expedia as they had only reserved one room although I had confirmation for two! Thankfully they had another room available and accommodated us! Road works outside the property made access a little confusing but thankfully we did not hear any noise from the heavy plant being used.

Pleasant stay in period farmhouse.
Basically the stay was good. Family room big airy with lovely garden views. Drawback - not en suite with facilities approx 15 metres down corridor. Being a lovely old property the floorboards squeaked as one passed the rooms of other guests! Would strongly suggest capacity of room decreased and en suite installed. Breakfast very good. Hosts accommodating, booking a table for evening meal at a local hostelry.

Lovely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble, cosy room and lovely rural aspect despite the roadworks! Fantastic breakfast. Definitely would go again!

Well preserved historic property on a working farm. Many features are over 200 years old. Very clean and spacious. Hosts are warm and friendly. Tasty breakfast featuring local foods.
