Stayed here for 3 nights. Location albeit nice is a bit far out from the centre. It took me 25/30 minutes to get to the central train station. The hotel and the room were clean. Everything in the hotel is small. Small rooms, small bathrooms. The worst thing for me was not being able to use the toilet properly. The shower screen is infront of the toilet leaving you little to no leg space to sit on the toilet. You have to make yourself fit by sitting at an angle. I asked to change rooms the next day and was shown that the other rooms had the same issue. So instead I was offered complimentary breakfast. I thought this was kind at first until I checked out and was told to pay for breakfast for 1 of the 2 times I was given it for. I explained and asked the girl at reception to check with the other girl who gave me the complimentary breakfast but she insisted that I had to pay for the other. She wasn't interested in helping even after I told her that I wasn't happy. I didn't want to argue so paid. Breakfast itself is small in selection and overpriced. Other things, toiletries is just a dispenser of body wash in the shower. No dispenser at the basin to wash your hands. I had to open the shower door and get body wash to wash my hands everytime. Overall I found my time here very uncomfortable and like hard work. Unfortunately I don't recommend the hotel.

Excellent Attention to Detail
My husband and I stayed here with our 5-month-old and had a great stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful, even going out of their way to help with bags. We loved the attention to detail in the hotel- the room had everything we needed including a kettle to boil water for our baby’s bottles, and the snacks and infused water available in the lobby were always a nice treat. The hotel is also situated in the perfect location to walk the beautiful streets of Jordaan. Will definitely be staying here again when we return to Amsterdam.

We had a great stay! Very comfortable rooms in a beautiful boutique hotel. The perfect area of Joordan, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. The hotel staff are all excellent and accommodating as well. We will most definitely be back.

The hotel was in a wonderful location and the staff was very friendly. We requested a triple room which was incredibly small for three people. The attention to detail in housekeeping needs improvement. Overall I would recommend the hotel because of its location but don’t get a triple room.

Quaint and Clean
The hotel is located in a very quaint and safe neighborhood. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly/helpful. The staff prepares baked goodies in the afternoons for the guests. There is free coffee and warm drinks from the dispenser in the dining area. Our room was clean, but a little small for four people. The bathroom in particular was a bit small with a small shower, but on the plus side the water was nice and hot. I think the size of the room and bathroom are due to the tall narrow traditional building that the hotel is located in like most buildings in Amsterdam. Since were were out and about all day, the room was a good fit for us.
