Great service
I stayed at Viletta Carra during a solo trip around Puglia. Beyond the comfort and tidiness of their rooms, I was mostly impressed by their high standards of service, sympathy and solicitude. In the morning of my check-in, they were kind enough to send me a message with their location and contact information. As I got there, April, who is a lovely member of their staff, would not rest before I accepted a coffee or a prosecco (as she did during all my stay). Antonio and Manuella were kind enough to keep me company for dinner and took me on a tour to downtown Gallipoli. As I asked them advice on a place for running, they LITERALLY drove me to a great park the next day before 8am in the morning. Betty and Liliana helped me as I left, and gave me some biscuits for the road! It completely changed my idea of service, and it made my experience more personal, human, and enjoyable. Thank you everyone!

Villetta Carra is a first class bed and breakfast. The pool, garden and rooms are all amazing. The owner and his Mum visit regularly each day and are charming. The staff are a real asset to the place . Highly recommended.

Beautiful B&B with fantastic service
The house is beautiful (although a little hard to find, in the middle of a non-descript neighborhood). The rooms are beautifully decorated and smell gorgeous, the pool and gardens are manicured, and the breakfast and the many snacks and favours from the house are a dream. Laura will cook you breakfast by the pool, bring you an expresso with fruit and decorated cake, and make you reservations in their secret locations (don't miss the Masseria Stanzie). The only downside is the location -- it is on a busy road between Gallipoli and Parabita, with nothing around it. However, I found out later that the little roads behind the B&B have lovely olive tree fields which are great for running and cycling -- no traffic.

È stata un'esperienza unica. La villa è immersa nel verde di uno straordinario parco ricco di fioriture e piante di ogni genere. Dotato di una splendida piscina. L'accoglienza è stata straordinaria. Camera con clima e ogni comfort e balcone. Colazione super sia salata che dolce servita nella veranda praticamente bordo piscina. Squisite le torte preparate dalla proprietaria. Spettacolare
La struttura è il massimo, curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, camere ampie e ben rifinite. Pulitissimo. Proprietari veramente carini che sanno farti sentire come a casa. Il personale è disponibilissimo è sempre pronto a soddisfare le esigenze. Ad ogni rientro era pronta una "coccola". Abbiamo lasciato un pezzo di cuore. Consigliatissimo!
