Very pleasing stay and good value for money. Worthy of 5 stars in terms of service & quality. Just one remark in regards to the AC, it was too hot and couldn't adjust the temperature. The Ipad is a special touch and found the information provided useful. You can control the lights/Curtains/TV with the ipad but couldn't get it to work.

I booked a suite here for me and my partner for our anniversary. Check in was very smooth, room was phenomenal, only issue I encountered was with my car. I specifically asked them to have my car ready by a certain time on check in because I needed to leave. When I went downstairs, they told me it wouldn’t be ready for another 20 minutes. Very frustrating but overall had a nice experience.

Hotel.com VIP Gold Rewards is offered here but doesn’t work when checking in. Front desk unable to make upgrade decision and Manager was uncontactable. I was offered a room upgrade a couple of hours later when out at dinner but declined due to the hassle of moving room. Nice hotel with friendly staff but disappointing experience this visit.
