The room was stinking of stale socks. Wi-Fi was completely unstable. No complimentary drinking water. No mini fridge in the room.

Internet was always down, 3 days without internet out of 10 days I spent in the hotel.

The hotel is okay but not air conditioned, and it was brutally hot at night, mainly because the hallways trapped the heat and did not have any ventilation. It was like a sauna at night.

Unexpected "city taxes, no air conditioning you'll have to ask for a fan, old rooms that are falling apart, when we got our room they gave us a room that is facing to the road we couldn't get a good sleep worse hotel that I stayed in

Good location and staff but poor confort
The hotel is a bit old fashioned but quiet and clean. The location is very good, a beautiful street near metro U9, Lidl and about 700m from chopping malls. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the confort is too poor: no Airconditioning, no mini bar, the room was too hot. They give us a too small ventilator but it changed nothing. Hotels are expensive in Berlin but for almost 90€/night it should have at least AC and a mini bar.
