Nice place to stay
We stayed here after having to leave a previous hotel due to the very low cleanliness standards there! We didn’t want to spend too much as we had already paid to stay at the other hotel! The price was reasonable and the rooms were clean with a nice view! Staff were friendly and chatty and the hotel has the added bonus of a cinema, bowling alley, bingo hall and much more on site.

Good
I appreciate that it's a budget hotel, but i didnt expect it to be run like a hostel, especially when it uses the Ibis brand. Out of the three nights i stayed, i was able to get 2 nights of good sleep because of noisy guests who wanted to party early on Sunday morning and my room wasn't attended to housekeeping once due to miscommunication and efforts by reception to reduce the workload of housekeeping by issuing little money off vouchers. The breakfast was really good. Much better than i expected. It was disappointing though to see non paying guests use the room for free due to confusion caused by a station giving free tea and coffee.

Very good
The rooms were spotlessly clean. I was a bit unsure about leaving mh car in the multistory car park but it was okay. If i had to travel to glasgow again i would stay in this hotel again.

Poor
Stayed for 4 nights and with so many problems, first they couldnt find our room numbers, apparently we werent entitled to breakfast even though we had booked it, they double booked our rooms which meant other guests were trying to get in whilst we were sleeping. Basically very unhappy and wont be staying here again, if you DONT want to sleep then this is a perfect hotel as being awoken around 3am in the morning by people shouting in the hall, chanting football songs and knocking on peoples doors and walls just for fun.

Very good
Cheap, quirky and cheerful
Does what it is supposed to and that is to provide cheap and effective city accomodation. Feels a bit like student halls but more than fine for 1 night. Breakfast basic but serviceable. All in all, very good value.

Fair
The worst experience ever!!!
A toilet inside hotel's room smaller than a toilet inside the air plane, it's totally ridiculous. Bed totally uncomfortable, pillow makes your neck really bad. Poor breakfast, toaster not working for two days and staff members didn't say anything about it, just "it's not working". Also, prepare your snow clothes to before go to the breakfast, it's very cold in the area, looks like no heater working. Do not recommend this hotel.
