Great boutique hotel
Great boutique hotel with good environmental credentials. Central location close to Eurostar station and Grand Place. Excellent locally sourced food. ......and, don't complain about the plastic pipe in the water jug as I have seen on some posts - this is natural charcoal to filter your tap water!

Just ok.
The hotel was fine. I did not like the neighborhood. It was convenient for walking to the main sites but it felt a bit unsafe on some nights. There was a fight outside in the square on my last night. That is not the hotels fault, but still i felt uneasy. Also drunks yelling in the hallways on the Friday night. The hotel was very clean and friendly, but i wouldnt stay there again.

No smile or acknowledgment on arrival by receptionist, after check in he sat on sofa with feet up on the table. I have never seen this behaviour in any other hotel I have stayed in before, the room was very small the only good point was the bathroom.

The location was perfect! The staff was amazing and the room I booked (solo) was perfect. It was just what i needed. Comfortable, slept well and breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again. Hoping I have the opportunity to return with my family in the future.
