Apartment-style with complete kitchen and two bedrooms, fairly clean, WiFi signal could be better but good enough from last bedroom.

I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment. It has a large back deck which is accessible through the apartment. It was the perfect size for my family of four. I prefer staying local and this was it. Thee only downside was the ziplock bags in which the remotes where in. The bags were sticky and with covid going around it made me uncomfortable about the using the glass cups provided. All in all I would stay here again. The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The deck over looks the bay.

OK for a 2br condo in Los Croabas/Fajardo (we stayed on the 3rd floor). Positives: 1. Spacious 2br+kitchen 2. Independent AC in each bedroom 3. 2min walk to several good restaurants 4. Water taxis, BioBay and beach all within easy walking distances Negatives: 1. WiFi only works on the balcony - zero signal inside the condo 2. Hot water in the shower is hit & miss (had to get out and reset circuit breaker couple of times) 3. Doors are thin & all floors are tiled, so it carries sound very well. You will hear parties going on until 2am

Lets start with the good thing, the location is within walking distance to some of the tour in the bay, and also there are couple of nice restaurant close by. The room looks clean as well. and very spacious. The entire facility looks to be nicely build compare to other guesthouses locally. Property manager do respond to the text message and phone call. However, the room have a moldy smell. and there is no ventilation in the bathroom (im not sure if this violate the building code or not). And also getting the hot shower water is tricky. you will have to turn it on at the same time with the vanity faucet, and if you turn the faucet off and adjust the shower water temperature, then you will get cold water. So basically means you either shower with hot hot water, or just cold water. on top of that, you dont get the shampoo or body wash. hand-soap is available though if you are running into surprise. Also another big issue is the security, you cannot lock the window completely. two of the window lock is broken. And you cannot lock the door from inside as well. At the checkout, you will have to clean the room and collect all trashes and dump it yourself.

Noemi and Michael were both professional and friendly! They took time to offer suggestions for restaurants, shopping, and excursions that were not your typical "tourist" attractions, but instead were things that the locals enjoy. To me, that made our trip even more memorable than we even expected our honeymoon to be!

It had an excellent view. Owner was very helpful and even provided beach towels and chairs. She also provided us information on local restaurants and places to see. You can watch the ocean from balcony and roof top.

Everything in this place it's awesome,close to activities and the beach, beautiful view, overall a great adventure,and Noemi it's very kind and friendly,make you feel like you are at home!!

Owners were at the apartments daily. They are very friendly and bilingual. Many restaurants/bars in walking distance. Any price range is within a 10 minute drive. Bring a can of OFF, mosquitoes. Would definitely would stay again. Remote gated parking.
