Summer holidays
Tsitsikamma lodge is a great place if you like peace and quiet. Surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers and pristine gardens. Lovely big swimming pool with sun loungers and pool service to go with that. Had some spa treatments which was very nice. Very friendly staff and the breakfast, which was included, was great.

Beds were comfortable. They assisted with moving our stay up by a day. Linen clean. However, towels very old, rodent droppings in two of the three apartments we stayed in. Not very accommodating in certain respects. When I asked for fresh towels, I was told it's Christmas eve. The next day the lady blamed me for not picking up my own towels at reception. The lodge is very green zone. Great hiking area. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Most of the staff are efficient and friendly. The Tsitsikamma area is remarkable and I recommend it to the world. There are many places to visit and stay in. Look at all options.

There was too much noise made by other guests on Sat 24 Sept until 02:00 in the morning but nobody bothered about the noise, too friendly and welcoming staff in the kitchen. The security guard at the gate on Friday 23 Sept was very helpful; he assisted us carry our luggage to our rooms. We were very disappointed that the Spa was fully booked.
