Bed was comfortable, room was huge. Big stain in the middle of the room though. All the outlets were poorly attached to the walls. Fire hazard for days. Couldn’t get my receipt for check out because the lady couldn’t log in.

Clean and affordable
Well priced, quiet and clean. The room had a 2 person jetted tub, which was great. Everything was clean and comfortable. The room was huge and had tons of empty space that could have been filled up a little with a sofa or table and chairs. The carpet could stand to be replaced and we could hear the guests in the room above us.

The people at the front desk were not as courteous as they should be. The bedrooms had a "scent" maybe from people smoking. Awkward guests staying there. Breakfast was very basic, not a lot of options. Very thin walls, we could hear people fighting in the next room, so the area wasn't probably the safest. The beds were comfortable.

Wonderful Hotel Experience!
Hotel room was big, clean, and comfortable. Management was very nice. Breakfast was good and had a nice variety of options. We will definitely stay again next visit.

Don’t book with this app without careful review.
Didn’t actually stay. The Hotels.com app blipped and reset the dates I needed so I showed up a few days early. They told me no problem with cancelling. Later they denied the cancel so I got to pay for a room I never got to use.

I thought the room could be cleaner, the walls were pretty dirty and there was hair left in the jacuzzi tub. When I checked in the toilet seat was broken so that it was unsafe to sit on. Obviously the last person to clean that room new it was broken and chose not to tell anyone allowing the next guest to check into a room that isn’t ready. Also I paid for a jacuzzi suite and the jacuzzi tub barely works. Half the jets on it don’t spray and one of the top ones sprays with so much power it blasts water out of and across the tub making it basically unusable so what was supposed to be a soak in the jacuzzi tub turned into a hot bath. Was overall disappointed in my stay and would not recommend this hotel.

Disappointing
This facility has declined since my last visit here. They only clean the room every three days and they do not tell you, if I did not read the notice posted in the elevator I would not have known. The breakfast items were stale and were of poor quality, waffles and frozen egg sandwiches. The walls were heavily marked up, the carpet was frayed and the elevator had cracked tiles. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken the entire week we were there. The wifi did not work because the system was not accepting the password given by the clerk.

Overall, it was a good value. The room and tub could've been a little cleaner, but it wasn't a dump. The faucet in the bathroom needed to be fixed. The room and bed were clean and comfortable with plenty of space.
