Overall a good location. A sea view room. They didn't provide us a higher floor maybe because it was a discount price.

The hotel is close to the beach and marina, rooms are spacious, mattress and pillows very comfortable. Front desk personnel are friendly, room cleaning is very bad, towels left 4 days without changing. SPA Massage at 1st floor is highly recommended ask for Georgia (owner). Breakfast is not recommended served at hotel neighbor restaurant, coffee horrible.

We only stayed one night, but we easily could've stayed longer if we had the time. The location is suburb. It's right across the Finikoudes bus stop so it makes it very easy to travel. The beach is also across the street. You are right in the middle of the action, restaurants, bars, cafes( also festivals are held there). And yet, it's so quiet, you don't hear any noise. Not from the busy street, not from the neigbours. It's a very short walk to the Castle and St. Lazarus church like 5-7 min. So, when it comes to location, I don't think there is a better spot than this. The room was clean with small kitchen and everything you need. AC and wifi working perfectly. The bed is big and comfy with extra pillows and duvet provided in a case you need it. They have a luggage storage and 24 hr reception which is very important especially when your flight is later or early on. They also provide you with plug adapter so you don't have to worry about buying one. They sell water and coffee at the reception for very reasonable price. The girls at the reception are very nice and efficient. If you ring the reception and it's busy at the moment, don't worry, as soon as they are done with what they are doing, they are calling you back to check what you need. I definitely recommend staying here.
