Not worth the money...
The housekeeping doesn't left towels in my room so after long day out at the hotel I needed to ask for towels in 11.30pm. The room was not clean but I was too tired to complain so late that night... The room was too noise- I heard the cars from the street all night long...

I was there for a conference in Long Beach. All hotels in Long Beach were full and I ended up there. Unless you were there by car, the location was pretty bad. My room even didn't have a table, and the hotel stuff often forgot about replacing towels. The metro line was also very unpredictable, and there were virtually no restaurants nearby.

Didn't get what we paid for
We booked two queen beds and got a room with one bed. Our girls had to sleep on the ground. The hotel staff was very nice but our stay was rough.

Horrible! There was no towels in the room. The bed was horrible. There was no parking. You have to park on the street. Office staff was unfriendly. I really wish I could get a refund
