Never fails to impress!
The Villa Rose Kempinski is truly one of the best, if not the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean, the beds, super comfortable and the shower so warm and comforting. Really not a bad word to say about the hotel. However, what makes the hotel what it is, is the staff. They are an absolute joy - the provide personalized service, they know you by name and they remember your preferences all while smiling and genuinely caring for your comfort during your stay. This level of personal service is rare and amazing. My stay would not have been what it was without the amazing staff. My thanks to EACH and EVERY one of you. Special thanks to Jane (your omelettes were the best!! :-D) and Janet at Cafe Villa Rosa, James and Anne at the front desk, Evans who assisted me with my baggage and the drivers - Frans, David, Ben and the team.
