Beautiful and clean
Really enjoyed our stay here. The place was pretty clean, beds were comfy, and they had some nicer amenities such as local soap/conditioner (great quality stuff), 2 different types of glassware (instead of plastic/paper cups). You can tell the place has been recently remodeled. Also it was right downtown so walking distance to so many cool stores and restaurants. Definitely will stay here again!

Surprisingly great property
I thought this was just a regular slightly down at the mouth motel on previous trips to Canmore. However after I read the great reviews and saw the reasonable price I decided to give it a try. We were so pleased with Everything! It has been totally redone and presents as clean, modern and very comfortable. The only thing we missed was a microwave but that wasn't ahuge issue. We will definitely go back!

Horrible and unprofessional
Got blamed for having a dog in our room because housekeeper saw us playing with a dog on parking lot. Without asking as we received a massage that we will be charged for extra cleaning for having dog in our room. We never did. Staff rude via the phone didn’t want to listen to us . Later on after our vication was destroyed they sent us massage saying sorry i was mistake. Room was dirty, used tissues under sofa bed during Covid-19 They also say they will refund a second night of stay after we spend 2 nights in dirty room and dealing with got blamed.

Beautifully Updated Rooms
We stayed here for a weekend getaway and everything was great. The self check-in made it very easy to get in and the room was spotless. The staff were available by phone, text, and email and responded quickly. It's right in the centre of town so everything is within walking distance. And the mountian views are pretty good, too!
