    Nice hotel walking distance to the airport, the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful, I left something in the hotel, and they offer to delivery the package to my address, thumbs up! The only disappointment is due to the subway construction, so have to route a big round between hotel and aiport.

    Are you really listening?

    Instead of running Guest Services from the blind.. thinking because you work hard you must be working well, your staff (and your guests) would be much better serviced if you sat with repeat customers to understand Guest Service. Management might even learn how to profit or generate better revenue from such visits. Surprise! Your guest feedback will greatly improve too. Leaving standard management replies to guest comments, and changing nothing leads to further dissatisfaction.
