Great location traveled with 4 children clean, tidy and safe. Perfect would highly recommend
Apartment was very spacious for 7 family members with 5 bedrooms, two baths, kitchen and family room. Check-in was very smooth and customer services was excellent, there was a problem with the microwave but they were quick to replace it. The best of all was location, Apartment is in the heart of Barcelona in Catalunya Square. View was perfect and public transport buses, and metro train was just within few feets. We really enjoyed our stay there and highly reccomend the apartment to anyone.
The apartment we stayed in was the duplex apartment with terrace. Check-in was easy with the friendly company rep meeting us to let us in and go over the place. The space was great (especially the terrace), and the location was unbeatable. However, the lower level bedroom, bathroom, and entryway smelled of sulfur/sewer. It wasn't an overwhelming smell, but something you noticed as soon as you walked in that would then dissipate as your nose accustomed to it. I would still definitely stay here again for the location and price, but a candle or air freshener would be a good buy on arrival.;)
The apartment located in plaza catalunya which is heart of barcelona. It was easy to go everywhere what I want to. I could see a great night view. However I had a small problem with door key it was hard to lock and unlock the door with keys. So when I call a staff about it he was helpful. If I travel barcelona again I will stay same place.
Amazing location and view of Plaza Catalunya from private roof top balcony. Centrally located to all major tourist locations. Arrived late afternoon, but room not ready, hastily cleaned. Apartment well-traveled, needs some re-painting. WiFi non-functional for extended period, but unit support spent nearly 1 hr trying to achieve connection. Balcony awning non-functional for shade. Apartment overall modern with full kitchen will all comforts for central stay in Barcelona. Support staff very helpful and responsive to any requests. Despite central location, very quiet even into the late evening. Bedding very comfortable. Bathroom modern and roomy by European standards. Had two-floor unit with BR on each level great for couples travel or family with kids.
