In the time of Covid, this is a great property. The room was incredibly comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly. Would recommend the space to anyone looking to stay in midtown.

Nothing Special
Secure, covid-safe, modern, well designed -maintained hotel near Penn Station; clean (except for bathroom cabinet and elevators). Good WiFi. Big shower. View was good, but construction is underway across the street at Farley Post Office, and I don’t know if it’s that or just because it’s a central post office, that the beeping trucks in reverse make continues literally all night. I was on a 21st floor “city view” room and it still woke me several times during the night. You should also avoid the ice machines on certain floors. Room window opens, so one can get fresh air. Included breakfast consisted of a bottle of water, an Otis Spunkmeyer Naturally Flavored Wild Blueberry Muffin, a Kellogg’s Nutrigrain Soft Baked Breakfast Bar (a kind of pop-tart without the pop), and an apple or a stale juice orange in a paper bag, with dark roast coffee on tap. And they don’t make up your room till you leave. (I guess these are both covid economy measures.) Outside food sources are few.

Great little hotel for short stay
Even tho I did not like that it was next to Penn Station (primarily bec the station was surrounded by filth & unsavory characters), the hotel itself felt safe, from the lobby doors that will only open with a key card to the elevator/room doors that also required a key card to operate. The room was very clean, comfortable and had unobstructed views from the 16th floor, which we were checked into without having to ask for a higher floor. All facilities other than lobby and mini “cafeteria” were closed due to coronavirus, but we received grab-and-go breakfast bag which consisted of individually wrapped muffin, granola bar, etc. Wished there were fridge & microwave in the room but was grateful for coffeemaker, tea & coffee bags + sugar/creamer/stirrer. Paul Mitchell shampoo, conditioner, lotions were a bonus, water pressure in sink & shower was great, a/c worked well, elevators were smooth & fast and layout of room & bathroom are good, parking garage next door a few steps away had a very good 24hr rate and most importantly, customer service was stellar!

Girls Weekend
This stay was for a Girls Weekend. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the vent above the toilet was dripping water over the toilet. So when we used the bathroom it wasn’t a comfortable toilet time in there. Other than that staff was nice and service was great.

Amazing hotel!
I love the safety of the hotel that you need a key for the front door and elevator. The room was very clean and enough space for us two and it’s close to almost everything
