First trip to New York
We had a wonderful 4 days staying here. The staff were some of the friendliest we've ever encountered on our travels. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was enjoyable. The area is clean, safe, and convenient to the subway. We enjoyed our first trip to New York. Looking forward to going back and will definitely book this hotel again.

Hotel was nice and comfortable. Free coffee and tea was nice especially during cold weather. Walking distance to food and shops.

Great Choice
Room was very nice, the guy at the front desk was wonderful, it was clean and very convenient to the subway. The only negative was that housekeeping wasn't perfect - 2 body lotions but no conditioner (even when we went to the desk and got our own conditioner, housekeeping took it out of the room and left 2 body lotions again the next day), no facecloths left for a shower on second day, hair not removed from drain, so nothing major, just inconvenient. Other than that, it was awesome! Loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Would recommend to a friend.
Stayed for two nights with my boyfriend. Our room on the ground floor was fine but you could hear everything from the lift buzzing to people chatting in the lobby. I have to admit I am a light sleeper. I voiced this to the lovely receptionist Fanta, and with no issues she upgraded us to another room. Every one else that worked there were so helpful and polite too. Great area to stay in also if you’re not into the madness of uptown.
