Not great but just ok
Our stay would have been great if not for the following reasons: the room is completely different from the room in the website much smaller; shower area smells like sewer; no instruction on how to turn on heater; not advisable if you hv big luggages room is located at the 3rd floor and lastly we were expecting we will not wait anymore since we already checked in the morning and the time that we will get our luggages by 330pm we still hv to fill out forms that should hv been done the time that we arrived. Friendly staff.

Great apartment with easy checkin/out
I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The check in/out process was extremely easy and they didn't mind we were slightly early than checkin time at all. The city is a bit hard to navigate initially but easy once you know where everything is in relation to each other. They also give you a map for amenities close by, so if you do get lost then you can ask for directions. Akihabara is a great location, both travel outwards (Tsukuba express for asakusa, underground for tsukiji fish market, yamanote/ofuna line for rest of Tokyo), and the culture you can experience in akihabara itself. There's always something new, you won't get bored very easily. Distance from station is a mere 5-10 minutes. The apartment itself is quite big, the elevator goes straight up to the room after you type in the code. There are no keys for the apartment we stayed in, so we could just tidy up and leave for checkout - great as we had an early flight in the morning. The bathroom is small, and there's only a shower cubicle which is rare as Japanese people love their baths! They clean the apartment every few days so cleanliness is kept to a high standard. The only problem I saw is that the apartment isn't too nice for those with allergies. I myself am allergic to feather beddings so I use hypoallergenic pillows and sheets at home. There was no alternative for this place. All in all, I recommend this place. The check in staff are friendly, the room is big, and the location is fantastic!

Affordable and good location
It was the most affordable place we can get for the dates we were in Tokyo. The apartment itself is nice and clean, not a lot of space but thats normal for tokyo. The apartment had no elevators so its a little hard if you have a lot of luggages. But you get what you pay for, they provide you 3 futons, microwave, fridge, laundry and a hair dryer. They also provide 2 towels and if you want new ones, you have to call the office or do your own laundry. They dont do housekeeping unless you stay in the apartment for more than 5 days. They provide shampoo and soap as well, no conditioner. The office is a little out of the way, about 5 minutes to the actual place. But they provide you with step by step on how to get to the office. The apartment itself is in good location though, 2 minutes away from a metro line and 5 minutes away from akihabara, the electric town. The only thing that we didnt like is that the checkout was a little early than any other hotel in tokyo which is 10am, and you cant leave your luggages to them on check out. However, the tokyo metro provides lockers that costs to 5 to 10 $ depending how big your luggage is. Other than that location is good, and the apartment has what you need.
