Everything was great and staff was friendly and approachable however, there’s an issue with the water heater in the shower. There’s no fixed temperature. One point is extremely hot and some point is really cold. So we have to wait a few minutes and turn the water tap back on

Noisy. Bad wifi. Beware of roosters and nightclub
Noisy. Bad wifi. Beware of the roosters and nightclub I do have to thank the management for trying to move me to a a quieter room, They did go out of their way to fix things. But... This hotel is only 2 stories high, so you're going to get street noise. And it wraps around a 9pm-3am nightclub, so if you're in some of the front rooms you will get that noise. If you take a room at the back (The Puteri Rooms) you will get woken by the roosters at 4:30 am (yes, there is more than one of them) and idling trucks and gars at all hours of the night. If you're lucky you will get a room somewhere in the core of the property, and won't hear much. But it's a gamble if you're looking for quiet, and the whole area is by the Mosque, so you're getting the call to prayer at 5:30 am regardless. The rooms are really nice and there are moments of calm in the mornings where the place feels wonderful, but if you need sleep and recovery from jetlag, this isn't you're hotel. The Wifi was problematic in most of the areas, very spotty.

A nice hotel in a good location
A nice room with all the amenities required. The only drawback was single glazed windows next to the road.

Great Counter Staff on leaving....
Handy Hotel, could only stay one night and unfortunately arrived at 7 am and had to pay nearly $80 in order to access room before normal check in, which was a bit stingy of the hotel....Room was fine, bed was comfy and the two Staff at reception were really nice when we booked out, and organised a Grab cab to airport, when they could see we were struggling to find a taxi on leaving,,very commendable folks!
