I will definitely stay here again
Best service I have ever received. All of the staff was so friendly and personable. My flight was scheduled for midnight so checking out, they stored my luggage for the day and allowed me to come back to use a room for a shower. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked bar with their own infused liquors and all the bartending utensils. So many little attentions to detail. I will definitely stay here again.

Probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed
As a business frequent traveler, I have stayed in 100s of hotels worldwide. I could easily put Katamama in the top 1% in price/quality ratio. We were upgraded to the rooftop suite and the decor, the service, and the hotel amenities were outstanding. I could not fault a single thing. I will be back.. thank you Katamama for make our stay in Bali magic :)

As with my previous visit, everything was perfect. The staff and setting really make one feel as if they are arriving home each time. The suite was wonderful: spacious, clean and well decorated. The atrium even had rather tame birds who flitted about and added to the overall ambience. I look forward to checking out the new section when it opens.

This resort was incredible. I fell in love with it as soon as we arrived. The room was spacious and trendy, but very calming. Everyone was so courteous and accommodating. The welcome drink made in room was such a nice touch! The resort is affiliated with the Potato Head Beach Club, so if you want to be around a happening, but laid back at the same time atmosphere, this is the place for you! We only stayed one night, then stayed 7 at the Four Seasons, which was incredible, but for our next trip back I'd definitely come back to Katamama.
