The room is very comfortable and spacious. But whoever was meant to clean the room left a dirty rug, the remote was greasy, the ottoman has something spilled on it.

Home 2 Home was our go to hotel before COVID, and now it’s not as clean, no room service even after asking for clean towels and having the trash removed. My wife and I are No happy with the room and service at all, we will not stay there again.

Friendly staff who communicated well, but the room needed a little renovation. The sliding bathroom door kept getting stuck, there were stains all over the carpet and couch, and we were missing pillows and towels.

We had a reservation for 2 nights in this hotel. Check in was at 3 PM. Our rooms were not ready and not available and no time when they would be. We came back at about 6:30 and same things rooms weren't cleaned and not sure when they would be. Then gave us one room; when we opened it someone else's things were in the room! Went back downstairs, and told again no rooms didn't know when. At 7 PM my husband got us rooms next-door we had had enough!

This is a Hilton property that needs a lot of restoration the staff is overly friendly and accommodating. They all seems to like working at this property. Hilton, parent company, has severely allowed this property to be neglected. All the rooms needs to be restored - from the bathrooms, the carpeting in the entire hotel, mattresses, bed comforters, linens, bath towels the doors to each of the rooms. The elevators. The ceilings. The outdoor pool area. The entire property needs millions to bring it back to standard. Hilton is a billion dollar enterprise. As a customer I do not know the channels for this property to receive the necessary funding. This property is typically booked. I think primarily due to the staff. The aesthetics have allowed to be faltered. I spoke with staff that stated the property needed at a minimum of 4 million to bring it up to standard.

Had to change rooms after checking. First one didn’t have light in bath. Second one without remote, blinds don’t go down. Poor quality linen. Noisy on 4th floor. Don’t remember a worse nights sleep.

There was no soap in the bathroom and the toilet had urine stains and hair around the rim. The staff were friendly and brought us what little soap they had and cleaned the toilet. The rest of the room was clean. The pool was very dirty and appeared to have something growing in the bottom of it. The staff gave us 2 free waters and took $10 off the bill for are inconvenience. Overall not a terrible place but I wouldn't stay there again.

My hotel stay was not good. I am not sure if my hotel was safe and cleaned. The carpet was dirty, there was an open drink and expired slimming drinks in the fridge, lamp missing a light and hair in the shower. In addition, our room was not cleaned and no cleaned towels between our visit. We were told that you had do a housecleaning request 5 days prior to our arrival. This is not posted on hotel.com website nor were we told during check-in. My biggest disappointment was the one bedroom Hotels.com allowed me to book and upon arrival the desk clerk tells me that this hotel only have studios. I don't mind paying for a nice hotel room, but I don't want to pay the price of a a 3 star hotel and get a -1 star hotel. This hotel really needs to be checked before someone get sick because they are not doing what the CDC recommend to be open.
