Just the brand name of Hyatt and cannot expect more. If not for the friendly and helpful staff this hotel is sure to lose it's regular customers such as myself. For $100/day this falls short of a regular non branded motel inany ways. 1. Stenched room 2. Poor beddings 3. Poor wifi 4. Horrible food ordered through room service. Non-tasty food is kind of acceptable because it's highly subjective, however stale food is NOT. Do NOT ever serve stale food to anyone. At a premium charge claiming to be a 5 star, you aren't even close to 3 star.

The property was very clean & well maintained. The staffs can be a bit more warm. I would like to mention few people Harish, chef Kader , Nilanjan are very good at the area whichever they were serving. But when it comes to the reception/ guest service, we had a small change of plan so we wanted some buffer time till 3pm but they were giving till 2.30pm and as for a reason they said “we have back to back booking, so 2.30pm will be good” but i was able to see a lot of rooms around 5 On any booking website online. When we were speaking to the reception team they started defending themselves and not even recognising the issue. Infact I checked in around 5pm.This is not what we expect with Hyatt. The food was excellent, well but the service could be better. The warmth and hospitality is all that a hotel has to give the guest. And that is the only thing expected from the guest end as well. Hope things at these certain areas are handled well next time.

We liked the crystal clear lotus pond. It was serene to sit down and have a cup of coffee in the evening when it was twilight. We also liked the dining options, especially, the breakfast variety which ranged from Tamilnadu to Asian to Continental. The flexibility of the kitchen staff to modify a few items to our request was very helpful.
