No hot water in the hotel at the arrival until next morning. No one told me that when I arrived and when I noticed it it was too late for a hotel change. (many options near).

The rooms were ok but the breakfast was a bit so great as there was only one small two slice toaster and had to wait so long for my turn. Cutlery’s was always running out.

At the time of my arrival, I paid for my 5 night stay. But, at least once a day I would go to my room and was unable to get in using the key card. The front desk staff didn't apologize for this consistent inconvenience. Also, my friend tried calling the hotel twice and was unable to get through to the front desk after being on the phone for over 20 mins each time. I also didn't feel secure sleeping in my room. There was no latch or safely lock on the door. There was no pool or gym.
