Superb hotel in unfortunate location
The hotel itself is excellent. The food was superb and he service outstanding. Everyone on the hotel staff that we encountered was well trained and very pleasant to deal with. Our only complaint was the location of the hotel. The streets surrounding the hotel are of little interest for a visitor and are unpleasant to walk in. The mall downstairs is like any generic mall around the world and thus offers no unique experience.

My 4th time at this hotel.
The Butlers Jonathan and Shakir were very helpful. It seems that since Marriott bought this hotel the way the Butler service works has changed. It isn't as personalized as it was prior. That said, Jonathan and Shakir were great, they went above and beyond for this returning guest.
