Great location right in the middle of the city. Nice rooms, but small showers in 4B. Open the windows to see the busy streets, but when they are closed it is complete silence. Staff was very helpful. If you are flying into Rome airport be sure to get staff to arrange transportation...totally worth it!

This hotel was perfect location to walk to all the major attractions like the Trevi fountains, Pantheon, and colosseum. Short bus ride to Vatican. Staff was very helpful and there was a lot to choose from for breakfast at 15 euros per person. Definitely would stay at hotel again.

In my opinion they are are underselling what you actually get here. I found this the perfect location for a two night stay in the very centre of Rome. Check-in although at a sister site just just a little down the street is quick, friendly and right next to a delicious well priced bakery. The room was fantastic. I went for a balcony room which was a great touch and great place to relax after exploring Rome. The room came with seperate communal lounge area with kitchen facility. This serviced the three rooms on our level. Thabk you for making the stay so enjoyable

Hotel has two locations. Hotel did not help move both person luggage to the other location, only moved one. Renovations were happening in the evening due to heat conditions and was very loud. Hotel description did not include that there was a shared kitchen and common area two units were sharing. Rooms were falling apart. Hooks were falling off bathroom walls for shower and soaps. Sink had hair from previous guest when we checked in. No balcony. Hole was in a good central location.

The room was small but was exactly what we needed for a one-night stay in Rome. the location was perfect, right in the city's center and allowed access to all the major attractions. The only downside besides the room size was the A/C. While it worked well in the common room, in the bedroom it didn't work very well and there was only one tiny window for ventilation so it was a bit stuffy. Other than that, we had a good experience! Keep in mind, you check in at another spot (about 5 min. walk) and then go to the room's address with your key.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would highly recommend. The location is absolutely perfect expecially is you enjoy walking, and I would say Rome is a city to be walked. The hotel was a 7 minute walk in different directions to The Collesseum, Trevi Fountain, The Partheon and a 30 minutes walk to The Vatican. The hotel is blessed with having multiple restaurants right on the door step, as well as a convenience store to stop up on things for the room.The room was very clean, spacious, nice comfortable bed and a great sized bathroom. In addition to this the room had it's own fridge and the water was stocked up daily. In addition to the amazing room there is a nice communal area should you want to cook or have a full sized dinning table to eat on. I will definitely be staying here when I come back to Rome.

Terrible excuse for a hotel. First of all we arrived to the address given to find out by chance from another guest leaving at the time, that the check in and key collection was a complete different building 5 minutes walk away. The rooms are small and crampt, poor excuse for a double bed that sunk in the middle. Both nights of our stay the rooftop bar was closed with no explanation. We was even given a coupon that we could not use.

We did have not running hot water for 2 days, they claimed they sent a repair person to fix the problem but when we came back to the room later in the day the water was still cold. Initially when we requested for our rooms to be changed the hotel claimed they at no rooms available, after expressing our frustration about how we paid for this room and expect hot water they magically found a room the night before at 11 pm before we checked out for us to switch rooms (although new room had an odour we have no choice since we needed to shower). Also wanted to warn everyone that the WIFI was very slow, we were having troubles opening basic emails and articles on our devices, this was also brought to the hotels attention it they claimed there is nothing that could be done on the weekend and we would have to wait until Monday (when we check out) for someone to look into this. The last thing to be aware about is that the hotel misrepresents the rooms, these a shared units with a small kitchen and small living room with individual rooms, and the sound travel very easily, you can your neighbours beside you and upstairs, we did not sleep well at all as people were making noise all night.
