お昼には荷物を一時預かりして頂けたのは嬉しかったです。 チェックインで、スタッフと話してる間に もう一人のスタッフが預かっていた荷物を 自分の斜め後ろに無言で置き私は気づかずそのまま部屋へ （荷物の事を忘れていた私も私…とは思いますが） 無言で気づかない内に置くと言うのはどうかと思います。 受付の方と話していたので声掛けしたが聞こえなかっただけかも知れませんが 気分は良くありませんでした。 部屋はキレイで清潔感は満足でした 部屋にエアコンの設定するところが見つからず 夜は寒かったです。

城ホから近くて良かったです。周辺にファミレスがあるとLIVE後に食事が出来て助かったのですが… 電車の音も気になりませんでした。

立地最高です!!
リニューアルしてとてもきれいになったと思います。朝食も品数は多くはないもののとても美味しくいつも朝食付きで宿泊しています。今回は甲子園での野球観戦と京橋での立ち飲みはしご酒の旅をリバーサイドホテルを拠点に楽しみました。これからもプライベート、ビジネス両方で利用したいと思います。
