Nice boutique hotel in a good location close to all the major sites in the old city. The service was excellent: great staff and Komil helped me arrange transportation to a gym and other travel, thank you Komil! I will definitely be back to this beautiful hotel.

Good choice close to the centre
Quite a charming traditional building which is deceptively larger than it looks from the street. My room was reasonably large and well equipped, as was the bathroom. The manager and staff could not have been been more friendly and helpful. A good buffet breakfast was included. Most of the sights of Bukhara are in reasonable walking distance.

We stayed in the new rooms which were comfortable and clean but not decorated like the old rooms. The only drawback of the room, there was a window next to the shower which was not frosted. Breakfast was busy and had to wait for a table to become available. Location is ok.

We were very happy with our stay at Komil Boutique Hotel. It is situated perfectly for exploring the Old Town. The staff are very helpful and friendly and our room was immaculate. Great breakfast. We would recommend to other travellers!

It is a great building at a great location but property needs some improvement. Strong paint/varnish smell in the room caused me to change the room at the end of a long tiring day. Internet was spotty at the best. Owner Komil was nice enough to share his phone and share bandwidth but no connection to outside in the room. Water was either too hot or too little. Great service made up for the inconvenience.

Lovely place with bags of charm
Gorgeous family-run place with really good service. Wi-fi wasn't great but that's not an issue. Walking distance to all the beautiful sights in Bukhara. The room/bathroom had under floor heating and a fridge but I wish it had tea/coffee making facilities. Service was great and I'd highly recommend it.

Nice vibe, but lackluster overall.
I'm torn about this place - the property is quite pretty, and overall the staff are friendly. However when we called to ask how much to pay for a transfer from the train station they suggested a price that we later found out was nearly three times the going rate, the sewage system in the room often smelled quite strongly, and the hot water was often pretty tepid. If this was priced as a backpacker place these would all be pretty normal, but at a property billing and pricing itself as a boutique hotel it just seemed that the price didn't at all correspond to value for money.
