Great Location
Fantastic location, a bit noisy at night with people passing through the alleyway but other than that it was a fantastic stay.

Perfect stay
Perfect location, friendly staff, and a bike. What more could you want. I will definitely stay here again and cannot recommend it enough

If we ever come back, we'd stay here again
Great little B&B, but more of a bed with access to kitchen than a B&B. Great location in Old Town. Hodar runs the B&B and the bike shop below. Very friendly. If we ever come back, we'd stay here again

No breakfast & walk up STEEP flights (4 max)
Be Aware... these are older buildings that go straight up. You will need to walk up at least one set of steep stairs and, like us, possibly even 4 flights. The guys in the bike shop did help with the luggage, and one of them came in early the day we left to help bring them downstairs. Whew! Otherwise myself and travel companion would not have made it. The room was clean and had all the basics - not much more than that. They did offer free coffee & tea and creamer & sugar. There are two sets of cups, plates, silverware, etc. That's it. There may have been more stuff in the kitchen on the lower level. I don't know. The "review" of the facilities was very brief, but he did then tell me they no longer offered breakfast. Actually I think I got that in an email just before we arrived - too late to change hotels mind you...

Nice BnB with free bike
We stayed here for 2 nights for the two-rooms apartment on the 2nd floor. It was tough to carry big luggages on the narrow and steep stairs ( the guys on the bike store will help). But once you get in the rooms were clean, kitchen and family room are big and well decorated. Good location, will book again

Great service and location
I had received the check-in information and the direction to the accommodation prior to my arrival. The bike shop downstairs served as the reception. As a guest, you could enjoy the free bike rental (although I did not take advantage of this). The staff there was very friendly and helpful. When I checked in, Luke helped me bring my luggage all the way to my room on the top (4th) floor. After I found out that the shower room did not drain well, I informed one of the guys at the shop and the problem was quickly resolved. When I checked out, one staff member came to my room to bring down my luggage. The overall service was great! The room was clean, comfortable and a good size. The location was very convenient; it’s 12-min walk from the Central Station and within walking distance from basically all attractions. One thing I want to mention is that it was not air-conditioned. I happened to experience the hottest summer in Amsterdam since 1944, and staying in the room on the top floor with no air-con was quite a challenge, even with two fans. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay.

I didn’t want to leave
This was one of my favorite hotels on our European vacation. The location, staff and cleanliness was excellent. We stayed in a two bedroom suite. The highlights were the coffee and tea in the kitchen, free bike rentals and close proximity to activities. The bakery is literally a stones throw from the hotel. The bike rental process, luggage storage and check in/out was super friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the shower was hot. The one note that I have for this hotel is that we had friends from another country that also booked at this hotel-their room did not have air conditioning. I think ours did, but it was on a lower floor and not required during our stay.

Bright room with everything you need!
Wow! I really liked this space. I had the twin studio and the only thing that would have made it better would have been a double bed (since I was solo, I would have enjoyed a bigger bed). The studio had everything I needed and I wish I had been able to stay there longer. Great location and great vibe.

Old city Amsterdam good valu.
The service was excellent and very friendly. In a great spot close to Dam Square. The only drawback back could be that stairs need to be negotiated so if unable to climb stairs would not be the place for you. One of our rooms was in 1st floor and the other one on third - no lift. Other than that excellent. No breakfast included despite name but we were made aware of that beforehand. Yummy patisserie just outside the door. Not luxury but facilities good. Only 10 minutes or so from railway station.
