Surprise check in
I only can say positive about this hotel. I arrived super early after a last second booking. Didn’t expect anything just leave my luggages there. Instead they offered me a breakfast and my room was ready. During my short stay everybody was kind and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

Great stay!
Hotel was super clean and comfortable! The location was good, just a few blocks from the old part of Bari and the harbor, and a 15 minute walk from the train station.

We stayed at this hotel the night of April 11 to 12, 2022. We woke up in the morning surrounded by ants crawling the sheets and pillows. It was gross, because ants sting humans, and in some, this causes allergic reactions. We could have brought the ants home in the luggage, too. We took pictures and also called the staff to the room. Staff at reception refused to award any refund because "the hotel was booked through Expedia". In turn, Expedia said they could not give a refund because we paid directly at the hotel. Not sure where the truth lies. Expedia gave us some coupon / credit for future use, for less than half of the amount we paid. Very disappointing experience overall, with both hotel and Expedia.

Do yourself a favor and do not book this hotel. The mattress was in the bones, the springs poking out, I requested to be moved to another room only to find a bathroom stinking like dead animal, gross!!
