The grounds are beautiful and the resort has gorgeous paths to stroll on while looking at the beach. The staff is amazingly warm, friendly, precessional, and helpful. We stayed at the Bohíos and they were perfect. The breakfast buffet is varied and generous. My only complaint would be the prices and lack of options at the various restaurants at the resort. My husband and I are very picky travelers, and we really enjoyed our stay. We will definitely go back!

Even if this is a good hotel, It’s not a 5 stars hotel, staff is friendly but not good at service, buffet at night is not good and overpriced, the main problem is that the prices are not properly advertised and the staff was not responsive, so we pretty much found out when we were paying. Finally at the checkout I tried to give this feedback to the person at the desk, and the response was that I should wait for the online survey to express my concerns, the least you expect from the front desk staff to pay attention to the guests opinions, specially in low season when there are bot many people at the hotel. Again, staff is friendly, just not very good with service.

Food was average, better food and drink choices were not part of all inclusive. I took their tour to Tyrona Beach which was a rip off price wise, tour guide knew I did not understand spanish but she made no effort to communicate with me, I hardly saw her during the trip, in the end she left me stranded on the beach without my clothes. I had to manage my own transportation to get back to the hotel, it was horrible experience. Ecpedia Management should take action against tour company.
