I had a really great stay here. Ccrt clean, comfortable hotel. Staff was always friendly and very helpful. Got a king suite which was a nice set up for doing with on my business trip. Ten minutes to shopping and restaurants, ten minutes to the airport. So also very convenient. Definitely staying here again.

Newer Hampton Inn & Suites at Sea-Tac
New property, very clean with an amazingly roomy king suite. On site free parking, and grab-go breakfast. Pool closed. NOTE: No eatery or restaurant on site or within easy walking distance. Lots of choices if you have car to go off property. Pricey extra $$ Seattle rates for charges to have meal delivery services like grubhub or ubereats from eateries other than pizza. Cannot take Free Hotel shuttle to restaurants - only goes to Sea-Tac about every 30 minutes - must call for pick-up and that can take up to 30 minute wait.

Good experience with great location for flights
Despite this being literally across the street from planes taking off, we werw on the opposite side and heard very little noise except the washer on the 2nd floor (we were on 1st). Breakfast with Covid was decent choices. A shuttle would take us to some nearby places if needed for eating as nothing right next door. We would stay here again if needed.

It used to be our go to hotel. Not any more
We liked the past management. We came here several times and left our car while we went on trips. The staff was helpful and kind. For our most recent trip we scheduled our trip and paid for our room through hotels.com. I called on the day we were going to fly out on our trip to make sure we could leave our car there and pay for parking while we were on the trip. The staff said it was okay to leave the car and stay at the hotel at the end of our trip. When we went to pay for parking the hotel staff said we could not leave the car with them. We had to get a room before we left. We asked is we could talk to the manager. Staff said the manager would not be in for two days and she could not contact the manager until he came into work. The staff member said there was nothing she could do. The manger would have to approve us leaving our car. We let her know that since we were told we could use their parking we didn’t arrange for another parking service. We didn’t have time to do that before our flight left. It did not matter to the staff. We ended up buying a hotel room for that night so we could leave our car. Staff said we could call the manager in two days. We called the manager and he was not willing to work with us. He said it was our fault and his staff behaved appropriately. He was willing to give a small amount back to us. We ended up Paying for two nights at the hotel and parking costs and we didn’t stay there at all. The beds at the hotel were always very uncomfortable.

The hotel is very nice, and I appreciate the free parking so close to the airport. I also appreciate the shuttle service, and used it to get to the airport. The one thing I don't like is that the regular rooms don't have refrigerators. The desk clerk said they are available in suites only. C'mon, y'all, do better than that. All the motels provide refrigerators, and you should too.

Comfortable stay, poorly executed COVID
The stay was great, but the COVID excused breakfast was garbage. We were there for 4 nights and the breakfast was the exact same every day: Cheap muffins, frozen waffles that you’re supposed to cook in a microwave so they just turn in to a soggy mess, and cereal. For a normal continental breakfast being warm and well cooked with eggs, real waffles, toast, sausages, etc, it was a sorry excuse for a social distancing replacement. If you stay during covid, don’t plan on getting breakfast at the hotel.
