Keep an eye on bar charges!

The clubroom only has a 2 hour slot in the evening so if you're not there during that time don't bother with a club room Got charged twice for drinks in Aviary bar - didn't realise until we were home - after a month of emailing back and forth with answers to their questions and no apology they didn't refund what a joke. Should take it further but cant be bothered to waste any more time on it just wont stay there again We weren't provided with dressing gowns in our room so when we went down to the spa at our allocated time they said we had to go back to reception, ask for towels to be bought to our room and wait for them then go to the swimming pool!
