세면대,욕실바닥 물 빠짐이 시원찮아서 불편했는데, 변기 물탱크 부력이 불량으로 물 보충을 샤워꼭지로 변기물을 받이서 사용하는 희한한 하룻밤을 보냈습니다. 체크아웃시 얘기하니 진작 말하지 않았다고. 짐 풀었는데 다시 싸 들고 옮기기 귀찮아서 그냥 묵은 건 생각않고. 아무튼 거시기한 숙소였음.

오래된 건물에 비해서 침대와 룸상태는 괜찮은 편입니다.전에 머문 여행지에서 빨리 출발해서 일찍 도착(12시정도) 하였는데 프론트에서 얼리 체크인을 도와주려고 애쓰는 모습보여줌. 1시 10분즘 얼리 체크인했음. 그동안 케리어도 보관해주고 직원들이 친절해서 좋았음

평일에 다녀왔고, 무료로 객실 업그레이드 받았어요. 감사해요. 물도 서비스로 더 받았어요. 직원분들은 친절하고, 침대시트도 청결해요. 시설은 낡았지만 알고 간거라 괜찮았는데, 침대는... 너무 안좋더라고요. 옆사람이 조금만 움직여도 완전 흔들려요... 수안보 온천물때문에 간건데 온천수는 기대했던 만큼 좋지는 않았네요. 아이 만7세이상이면 12,000원 추가합니다. 참고하세요.

예상은 하고 갔지만, 입실했을때부터 화장실 세면대에서 거미 나오고, 침대는 엄청 딱딱하고, 커튼은 중간까지만 닫히고 더 닫히지도 않아서 너무 불편했어요. 저렴한 가격이라 감안하려해도 객실 기본관리는 어떻게 하고있는지 의구심이 들 정도..예약하려고 생각하시는 분들은 다시 한번 생각해보시길 바래요
