The hotel and service were very good. The room entrance tiles were cracked, there was mould in the bathroom caulking and the accent lights kept coming on and off all night. The breakfast was excellent.

This was the most affordable place to stay in Dubai and it felt as if it is a 5 star resort, very Middle class regal and welcoming. Will always go back.

Could be much better...
The area do not feel safe enough. At the reception had guests arguing the receptionist not very helpful, took us to a room that already had guests in the middle of the night. Bed had stain and the housekeeping guy seeing it kept saying that the bed was changed even that he could see the stain on it. The concierge guy at night very rude, just needed to collect my case as taxi was outside, he took ages .... made me feel that he just didn’t want to help at all.... but I just needed to collect it, as I carried it to the car myself.... smell of cigarreia in the room, I chose no smoking room.... floor dusty .... Didn’t feel safe and didn’t manage to relax.... spent the day in a different place....

we had great time at Elit Byblos hotel , which is really comfortable and clean with high services. especially Mr .Tahir one the staffs was really helpful and kind and cared about the guests. we appreciate him. thanks a lot all staffs we enjoyed staying with your hotel.
