Ok stay. Building is old but well maintained. Many good restaurant and convenient. Felt expensive for the quality of building. If you want to stay in the center of Shinjuku, you will feel convinced to pay for your stay.

Comfortable overall, but...
The place is nice, but I think the chairs and the curtain have fleas. They bite if you touch / sit on them. We lived with this by not touching them. Fortunately no flea on the bed, and otherwise the place is nice and very close to Shinjuku station.

Perfect location!
Stayed for 4 nights with a family of 4. Two are minors (16, 4). First, I would like to commend the excellent service they provided us. Second, the room are spacious enough considering that Japan(shinjuku) area known to have a small and tiny rooms and Lastly, the location is very accessible to all. Food street, train and bus stations. Cant ask for more and value for money. We will definitely recommend it and will keep coming back. Good Job Kadoya!
