Excellent hotel, but some issues.
Clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast, friendly staff. Had problems with the A/C. Staff was not very helpful in locating a medical faculty/doctor we needed. We checked out 5am and had to give up prepaid breakfast (about 2 x 20 Euro); they wanted 2 x 10 Euro for a small breakfast box; we found it unacceptable and had to argue our way out of payment; would have been nice to avoid the argument.

The location was superb; a U-Bahn and an S-Bahn are walking distances (each within a block from the hotel) which makes getting around the city super easy. Housekeeping was great and thorough but the best staff we encountered at the hotel was the breakfast staff! They were all super attentive, very helpful, and always so friendly each morning.

Close but no cigar.
Female receptionist was top class and very helpful. Heating wasn't working although a portable heater had been put in our room which whilst it did the job was not ideal.( It was minus 7c outside). High level cleaning required in the bathroom , and had to ask for coffee items to be replenished. Sauna and steam room were brilliant and the bar was very pleasant with attentive helpful staff.
