OK for the money; would not book again.
The room and lobby were fine, but I felt the rooms were a lot smaller than the ones pictured online. Also, the lobby & hallways were very loud at all hours. The elevator calling system was not helpful, as it bottlenecked a bunch of people in a small hallway area waiting for their elevator to come, and sometimes the elevator would not come for up to 5 minutes.

Not worth the price I paid
Room was very small and the bathroom was kind of dirty. The shower didn’t work that well and it was not worth the price.

Thank you Carly!
This hotel was awesome for our one night stay, but we easily could’ve stayed longer. I booked a queen bed with a city view, but the picture on Hotels.com wasn’t the same as the actual room. When I went back to the desk to inquire, Carly explained the mix up and switched us over to a king room with the beautiful giant windows. She could’ve told us to shove it and take it up with Hotels.com but she was so nice and understanding. If it weren’t for her (and the amazing windows for walls) I wouldn’t be writing this review. When we left our bags after check out Caroline was very sweet and informative. We didn’t get a chance to check out the roof top bar but the 2nd floor lounge was lovely. You have to tap your key to get into the elevator (and it automatically connects to your floor) which made us feel very safe. The valet was only $65 for 24 hours which is the best deal I’ve ever seen in NYC for parking. Overall a great hotel with excellent staff in an awesome location. Will 100% stay again.

a bit disappointing...
It was a bit disappointing. We had paid extra for a terrace and when we got there, cwe were informed that there was not a terrace room available. Also, one of the reasons I had booked that hotel was for the rooftop terrace. We were informed that it was closed for the night for a private party. They bought a round of drinks for us to try and make up for it, but it was the experience we wanted, not the drinks. Otherwise, the staff was very friendly and the room was clean.
