The hotel is beautiful, and the room was great, just felt the customer service was a bit lacking in helping us with things. Since we didn’t speak Spanish it felt like we were singled out, in being able to check in early (while at least 5 other couples were able to while we waited in the hotel lobby) he didn’t even tell us it was ready when he had seen us waiting, we had to ask multi times. The room was only set up for one person, I had to ask about for the free bottle of wine that we were suppose to get, and when they delivered it it was with one glass and they didn’t even open it, we had to go downstairs. I asked about the free breakfast, and said we were leaving too early for it, and they didn’t even give us another option, when every other single hotel this has happen with has given us a box meal to go. It just seemed like we needed to ask for everything, when it was such a nice hotel, I expected so much more help than we got

Convenient location in a quiet area. Staff were all very helpful. Nice bar and lounge areas. A relaxing hotel. Only disappointment was the quality of the gym.

Comfortable hotel with all the amenities. It's a little bit difficult walking down the hill as it's very steep, but in a way it's a good thing. I prefer being in a more quiet area. An Uber down the hill only costs 1,000 pesos, taxi 2,000-2,500 pesos. The only bad things about the hotel is if you're on a lower floor and there's an event going on, you're going to hear the music. We were on the 4th floor and there was a small wedding reception. We could hear the music quite loud. We were told that they have events all the time. If that kind of thing bothers you, ask for a high floor. We traveled with our 8-month-old and they gave us a crib which helped a lot. The bed (extra large king) and bedding were very comfortable, but would have preferred nicer pillows. The bathroom was very nice but the air extractor had a mind of its own and turned on at odd hours. Very strange. Breakfast was fine, nothing great but a relatively good selection of sweets. Good coffee with Britt beans. All in all I would stay here again. This is one of the nicer hotels in the area and is worth the price.

The price paid through Expedia was much higher than directly at the hotel. Really disappointing.

This hotel is one of Hotels.com VIP hotels for reward members and as a silver member a bottle of wine was to be provided for free. I never expected it to actually work and when I arrived at the room it was there waiting for me. Good location. Clean room. Good service.

Nothing terrible here. It’s safe and it’s okay. Restaurant food was limited in selection and mediocre in taste. No coffee maker, fridge, or microwave in room. Complimentary breakfast, on the other hand, was outstanding.

I have stayed in many many many hotels around the world and this was pretty bad. First off, checked in and VIP status means nada to them, even when brought to their attention was told it doesn’t say anything in their computer. Well also it didn’t take out credit card in their computer that we put on file to have coffee in the lobby so they called us multiple times after we were asleep to rush down to pay our two coffees even though we had left a CC on file. Room was old, dirty and the AC didn’t work. Long story short, no apologies at checkout. Expedia has never let me down but this is NOT a VIP hotel in any sense of the word and should be removed.
