Everything about this hotel was great, only downside was the Sports Bar wasn't opened, but it was probably due to Michigan's strict COVID laws. Will definitely stay here again next time we come to Holland

Stayed here for a weekend getaway with the family. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant, pool, and Starbucks were all open! It was great and we would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful hotel located in Downtown Holland Michigan. The room was very nice and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there was a very loud mechanical noise that could be heard near the head of the bed. I have travelled for work and pleasure for over 30 years and never heard anything That loud in a room before. We didn’t notice the noise until we came back from dinner and got into bed and being concerned over COVID issues, we decided to tough it out, rather than have people coming up to our room to check it out. We were awake off and on until about 3:30 am when it seemed lessen.

Fantastic hotel in great location.
Fantastic hotel in great location, in a picturesque college town. You can't ask for a better location on the best street, close to everything, walk to anything save the beach. Fun shops & great food nearby. The price I thought was more than fair. Courteous & helpful staff, really what's not to love. Even the on premises sports bar, (think BW3 clone) was fun with decent food. Would I stay here again, in a heartbeat !
