I enjoyed the art deco architecture, lobby. The room was nice. Nice staff. Nice price.…
This hotel was great! Pretty basic, but the location is too good! So close to so much…

Parking
Would like to have had hotel parking such as valet or a parking garage that was connected to the hotel. My husband and I had our truck and it wouldn’t fit in some of the garages. Other than that, the hotel was beautiful.

Great place to stay in downtown Phoenix.
The room was very clean, and that was much appreciated. The only downside is that you have to park across the road in a parking garage and the cost for that is $18 per night. Other than that, everything was great!

One night stay in downtown Phoenix
My wife and I were very impressed by the room! The bathroom was very spacious! There was a couple of things in the room that weren't so great, or this would've been an overall 5 star rating. One, the TV stand was loose and the screen leaned to the right. Two, my wife found a black sock under the nightstand (not one of ours). The downtown location is perfect for special events, since the convention center is only a few steps from the main entrance.

Fair
There were no glasses/cups in the room. No cleaning service. No coffee. There was no parking available. I had to park at a public garage for 18$/day. Noisy late at night/early morning.

Great stay highly recommend
11th floor room was great, staff was helpful and accommodating. Would have been perfect if I wasn’t paying extra to park due to no valet
