We had a lovely time at Flora Hotel. The service was great and the room was in good clean condition. However some staff are unaware of facilities. We called a day before to book a massage and were told that we can do so on the day, but on the day the masseuse was not in. After complaining they managed to arrage another person to come in for us later in the day which was nice of them, but this dissapointment could have been avoided if receptions were aware of staff absences. The masseuse we had was amazing at her job! Made us feel really relaxed. She was also very friendly. The swimming pool could also be cleaned more regularly. Although the pool looked clean..there were some dead bugs in the pool. Our overall experience was really nice and i would recommend this hotel to others.
