Only the photo is nice then we were disappointed.
A strange place, no one to be seen, communication through text or phone but leaving a message is problematic when message box is full! We had a credit card issue and were treated like bandits, threatened to call the cops. At $200 a night you would expect to be able to have a cup of coffee on site, we had to drive to the local Starbucks. We were very disappointed.

We had two issues. The fire place didn’t work and we were cold. We reported it to the cleaning staff, who reported it to the desk but they couldn’t do anything about it. The TV didn’t work inspire of two identical remote controls.

The room was quite large and comfortable , the beds were especially comfortable. Be aware that it's an older hotel and therefore no elevator to the third floor.
