Pleasant stay, would stay again
Very pleasant stay here, the owner was more than happy to help with anything. Breakfast was lovely and is plentiful. The hotel decor is abit dated but personally I’m not bothered by that as it was clean and comfortable. Would happily stay here again.

Poor 2,0
Photos on site very misleading , place is a absolute tip, broken windows , old papers stacked up , and the smell that hits the back of your throat nearly makes you sick. Beds are like camp beds, bathroom full of mold didn’t even want to use shower that disgusting. We refused breakfast as the owners looked unwashed, only @ good” points was checkout at 11 and could park car. I can’t recommend this place to anybody think even the local trains would turn it down ...

Horrid!!!
Really run down B&B foilage outside overgrown and broken windows. Really bad smell of cigarettes, grease and dirt as you walk in. Dirty dirty dirty. You think with the pandemic they would have had a spring clean! Very out of date decor and rooms dirty and uncomfortable

Awesome
Brilliant stay again, even booked for another night while there. The home cooked dinners he makes if you ask for them are really nice and very good price. We had 2 dinners for last 2 nights. Very good hosts. Only place we stay when stay in Blackpool. Always get a car parking space too. Very friendly people. Love the hotel. Ideal location to North rail station if traveling via train. Next to North pier and only 10 minutes walk into the centre at most for slow walkers.

Dated&Tired, Ok to used as a base to sleep
This is the second time I’ve stayed here and thought for £34 for the night I could deal with the run down place again... Nothing had changed in 18 months since my first visit, still had the creepy teddies, cluttered paperwork in the ‘dry lounge’ and a feeling of sadness when you enter. On this occasion I was in a room at the back of the hotel which was initially cold but the owner had put on a electric heater which warmed the room quickly, despite the temperature the room was dated but comfy and the bathroom was dated with some unfinished tiling but clean, the shower also had excellent water pressure too which I was surprised about. For £34 you can’t go wrong if you’re only gonna use this place as somewhere to lay your head for the night, if you’re planning on spending a lot of time in the hotel then I’d certainly look elsewhere.

Fab nights stay
Excellent service, bed clean and comfortable and breakfast lovely. Well worth what we paid and would definitely stay again. 2 minutes walk from Blackpool North station which was definitely a bonus.

Great location...
Perfect location near the town. Great hosts, made us feel very welcome. Great breakfast too... Booked to stay again in December while there it was that good. Upgraded our room and if not busy can check in earlier than 2pm. We checked in at 12pm afternoon. Call you a couple of nights before to see if still coming which is nice.
