Hotel Alisa is very close to the motorway and easy to find. The staff and bar were excellent during our stay. Food in the bar was excellent and very good value for money. The room was spacious as was the bathroom, although the bathroom will benefit from modernisation. The room was quiet but from 06.00hrs the noise of bathroom expel air fans from neighbouring rooms was quite evident. Overall, a good stop off travel point.

Ideal stopover hotel
We use this hotel as a stopover to & from Santander. The rooms are fairly basic. There are no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, no aircon in the hot weather, only an electric fan which uses the one & only plug socket in the room, but in the cooler weather there is a heater in the room. There is no hairdryer but I believe one can be obtained from reception. Only one pillow per bed & no spares in the wardrobe. The restaurant opens at 20.30 & offers a menu del niche for approx €16.00 p.p The food is okay & portions are a good size. Breakfast is very limited & having sampled it once, we wouldn’t bother again. On a positive note, there is plenty of off road parking, & the hotel itself is quite interesting & has lots of brass & China collections, as well as its history explained in pictures on the walls.

Going North or South stop here with your pets.
Very nice hotel and just off the motorway and is dog friendly too. Rooms were a little dated in decor but the en-suite was just updated and very modern and smart. We booked half board and the food was amazing and very good value for money, the staff were friendly and professional without being stuffy. Will defo use this hotel again.
