Be sure the elevator isn’t overheating
Everything was ok until you realize you have to walk up 4 flights of stairs evasive the elevator gets overheated not so easy when you have kids and luggage to bring up!

Checked into the hotel. Went to my room put my things down. Grab the remote to turn on TV nothing happened. Went to the front desk and explained the situation. She didn't try to accommodate me with any solution.... just told me. I've been check in for 10 minute and she couldn't do anything not even offer to put me in other room she just stated they had fixed all the TV. I took a picture and showed it to her and she still didn't try to help me. See attached TV Photos
