I was exceptionally pleased with the Receptionist (Selam) at check in and the Bell Boys. The staff were very pleasant, helpful and courteous and I appreciated that very much. I was also pleasantly impressed by the COVID sample collector and the efficiency of their services.

Over priced, staff poorly trained.
The Hotel is overpriced for what you receive. The staff are not capable of making logical decisions on their own. Simple tasks turn into complicated ones at the front desk. The ATM's were not working during the entire stay. Breakfast was 15 EU (850 Birr) and absolutely not worth it. The food was just not good, bread and pastries were stale, etc. The rooms were spacious and alright, but gettign dated. Won't stay again

This is a excellent place I will recommend this property. The ONLY issue I HAVE was the lack of respect the manager had to accommodate my free upgrade that came with my purchase. I'd requested my room upgrade when my standard room book air condition was broken. The manager wanted to charge me an extra $70.00 a night for a suite that was equal to a upgrade. Instead I was relocated to the same standard suit on a different floor. That issue was handle very poorly. Also I requested the hotel/MANAGER to call expedia to fix this problem and i was deny that option, all after showing my free upgrade per my reservation details.
