Very nice new building, comfortable bed and close to the airport. The staff however was horrendous, rude and snarky to say the least. We arrived at 4 am after a long travel day and there was no one at reception, the shuttle driver had to go get him from the back and when he came out he was irritated that we bothered him. Our room was too hot so we called to see if someone could check the AC, as well as bring a room service menu as there wasn’t one in the room. Took over an hour and another call. We also had to call for new towels because our room wasn’t cleaned even though we out the please clean our room sign on the door. The wait staff at the restaurant was rude, they were all fighting amongst each other which made it very uncomfortable for the rest of us. The front desk staff was incredibly rude, not just to us but we witnessed this while they spoke to other guests and we waited our turn. It’s fine for one night, the building is nice but based on the staff I would absolutely not return.

The staff was exceptional. We went at the beginning of the COVID19 epidemic. The staff was so helpful in navigating the city and allowing us to stay at a discounted rate and translating for us as needed. I highly recommend staying at The Hilton Garden Inn near Santiago Airport. It is convenient, friendly and they offer a free shuttle. The restaurant offers convenient hours and excellent food and service as well.
