Very satisfied. The only negative is the fact that the support available on arrival was missing at Room 12 resulting in a near fall. Also the support available at the shower was inadequate for elderly guests.

Outdated hostel, would not recommend!
This is not a 5 star hotel, 3 would be more accurate if you end up on the hotel and not the hostel on the other side of the street. The hotel is outdated and have been budget renovated with white paint. No finish what so ever! No dinner restaurant and the elevator didn’t work. Would not recommend a stay!

Disappointing experience
Despite paying in full upfront they still wanted an imprint of our credit card which they said could not be cancelled on exit and would have to be reversed which will take 10 days. We specifically booked for the original hotel and they put us in one of their other buildings across the road above a travel / student lodge. Manager was defensive and rude and really didnt do anything to assist because he has to obey the rules...
